Understanding Your Purchase

We do charge a 20%, or nearest whole number, downpayment that goes to cover the initial labor and fuel upfront. We prefer to operate through Zelle. The remaining balance will be collected upon delivery in preferably cash, however we can take the remaining balance through Zelle.

As outlined in our FAQ under the Delivery section:

To secure your item for delivery, a non-refundable deposit is required. If we do not receive confirmation from you by the agreed-upon deadline (typically a few hours before delivery), we will move on to the next interested buyer, and your deposit will be forfeited.

This policy is in place to protect our time and resources. When an item is marked as “pending” for you:

  • Other potential buyers are turned away

  • Labor and transportation are scheduled in advance

  • Delivery routes and timelines are built around your order

Failure to confirm delivery on time results in a direct loss of sales and productivity. Deposits help offset that cost.

Please make sure to confirm delivery within the specified window to avoid losing your deposit.
